Our breakthrough emerged from a stressed client in 2024. Their pivotal investor meeting was moved up by three hours, and they needed arrangements aligned accordingly. Rather than deem it impossible, our team developed what we now call "flex-timing"—bouquets that look impeccable whether they arrive at 9 AM or 2 PM.
